Wizo User Agreement

We are committed to providing you with the best service. This User Agreement sets out the contract for us to provide you with Wizolink eSIM. By ordering our eSIM for your travel or local use, you agree that these terms and conditions constitute a contract between you (hereinafter referred to as 'you') and Wizo Technology co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'we').

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before clicking the "Place order" or "PayPal" button.

1. Service Content

Wizolink provides you with eSIM profiles ("eSIM") for the internet services and stay connected wherever there is a base station.

eSIM is provided in the form of an electronic QR code, not a physical SIM card, sent by email, and is only suitable for certain devices listed in our eSIM compatible list.

2. Service Population

Anyone who needs to use the Internet is my customer and can be connected wherever there is a local base station.

3. Price and validity period

eSIM prices will vary depending on the country/region you choose, the number of days of use, the size of the capacity, etc.

eSIM prices are published on our website and can be seen when you order, along with detailed information about the eSIM. You can also see the details of your traffic usage in your backend.

When the data runs out or expires, you will not be able to use these plans, but you can continue to order more.

4. Payment methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Ali Pay, WeChat Pay, etc. We are not responsible for any fees (if any) you incur on these payment platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can cancel your order before payment or eSIM QR code delivery without any deduction.

You cannot cancel your order after the eSIM QR code is delivered, and you can only get a refund if there is an error with our eSIM and our support team has been informed but it cannot be fixed.

If you can't find the eSIM email in your main inbox, please check your spam or promotion box, or contact us for help. If you fail to do so, no refund will be made.

The refund method is the same as the payment method used for purchase (such as PayPal). The refund process may take up to 7 working days.
