To use an eSIM, your device needs to be unlocked and compatible with eSIM.

We recommend installing a maximum of 5 eSIMs on your device, with only one eSIM active at the same time.
Future products, such as the iPhone 17 series and Samsung Galaxy S25 series are all expected to support eSIM as well.
Devices that are SIM locked or blacklisted cannot be used eSIM.
