1. Enable Data Roaming, disable 'Allow Cellular Data Switching'.

2. Check APN: Ensure the APN for our eSIM is set to wbdata.

3. Restart your Device.

These three steps are crucial and resolve nearly 95% of issues based on our experience.

During troubleshooting, do not delete your eSIM, as it will no longer work after deletion.
